I have had this product for a year now, it is absolutely fab, my boys love it and so do all their friends, they love sleep overs so they can sleep in the bus!Very sturdy structure, it does take some time to put together (6hrs for 2 of us) but need to follow all the stops carefully in order to make sure it is put together properly inorder to be sturdy.Definitely recomend this item its a great statement and talking point and well worth the money.

Great quality! Colours are vibrant, wood is sturdy and paint is smooth. Steering wheel is an additional bonus. My 5 year old loves it and 1 and a half year old cannot wait when he can move in.

Good quality. Parts were not all labelled so some figuring out and a couple of swaps mid build. Took max 4 hours on my own to build. You need a lot of space to build as you assemble the top and bottom separately and then lift on so enough room as a double bed and walk around space for screwing together.Once completed it is very sturdy and looks fantastic. Kids are delighted with it

I put it together by myself but in hindsight two people is really required. Customer service were fantastic when replacing a faulty part. My son absolutely loves his bus bed. Great value and great service, it looks fantastic. Thank you.

The rating corresponds to our overall experience. For all I know the bed is fine, but getting it did not go well. We ordered one for 4-yr old grandson mad about buses. Reading online comments convinced us it would be a mistake to try and mount it ourselves, so we also ordered the option ‘expert assembly’. The time, afternoon, we had been told was changed (I happened to not see the email late afternoon previous) and the first I knew of it was a phone call 8:30 AM. This was very inconvenient as another bed had to be dismantled and the room cleared, all planned to fit in with other things that morning. With some difficulty arrangements were made for that morning. Then when the expert assembly opened the package he found a part missing. If we had tried to assemble it ourselves, we would have lost days trying to work out and deal with the problem. One might naturally expect he problem dealt with by getting hold of the missing part and completing. Instead the organisation is that somebody has to come after about another week and collect the entire thing and take it away, and one has to re order the whole thing. We did only the first part. The bed has been ordered from somewhere else and is due to be mounted in a couple of days, about six weeks after the original order. Every phase of this thing has taken time, appointments etc. Amazon took payment only when the bed in its packages was delivered, and returned the payment with no problems after it was collected back.

Not easy to build but great funYou would need 2 people to do this and take your time also make sure you have enough space/time to build it!
