Absolutely terrible construction. The slats that support the mattress are too short and weak. Most of them have collapsed after two months. I’ve had to go to B n Q to buy new wooden slats that fit. Don’t buy this bed. It’s depressingly bad.

Not quick but easy to assemble, each of daughters helped assemble their own bed and they love them. The draw unit can pull out to serve as a bed side table of sorts and this is how they have stayed.Seem very solid as you screw each slat down into the supports.Time will tell how long it stays looking nice but for now we are very happy!Note a UK mattress comes a little short. You need a European mattress to fill the frame.

Great quality bed and once put together is sturdy and looks good. Bad points duplicate fixing/parts were sent and some were the wrong size. When trying to put the under bed drawers together I used the wrong size first (too long) and resulted in wasted time, damage to the top and bottom parts of wood. After about an hour discovered the duplicate parts which were the correct size and went together perfectly. Damage fortunately is hidden due to being under the bed but very frustrating. Bed frame was easy to put together, even on my own. Overall happy with final outcome but please send correct size parts and no duplicates!
