My son loves his bed and it gives him more room , good service only thing I would say unless I’m being stupid the instructions seem to go back on it’s self so took longer to put it up , did have one problem which was sorted asap so thank u

Easy to assemble, all the screws etc came in labelled bags, instructions had clear pics. A screwdriver would suffice putting it together. My daughter loves the bed and the hidden step storage is fab! Money well spent. Only downside is the wood panel at the underneath of the wardrobe (attached to the wheels) is quite flimsy and has cracked already, we’ve managed to secure it for now and the wardrobe is still able to be used.

Quite a hard build (you need boxes 1 and 5 first). However, end product is lovely and my kids love them. Customer service was brilliant – I lost a small part and I was sent a replacement bit at no charge and no difficulty. Any queries and the reply was prompt. Will be buying again once my youngest is old enough

I recently bought the bunk bed with they called pocket spur mattress, I am happy with the bed but their pocket Spur mattress is misleading and totally poor. Be careful when you realize it’s not as described and want to return it, the company wil not assistant you to return it and the cost of delivery is will be unaffordable.

So pleased with the quality of this bed! Took my husband all day to build but it was fairly easy to follow instructions. TAKE NOTE instruction are in box 5 which is also the box you start with and then box 1, 2, 3 and finally 4. It was really well packaged and very sturdy, husband said it was the best flat pack he’s ever built which is saying something. We also went for the memory foam matress which was a bargain ad on. This really is the perfect box room bed/space saver!

I would love to meet the person who built this in two hours and shake his hand. It’s more like 5-7 hours. The finish isn’t great either for the price. It is however, sturdy. I wouldn’t recommend. There are others on the market that are much better.

Bought this bed for my son, when delivered one box was missing. Had to wait for second delivery.When putting it together there is one part I had no clue where it went, my husband looked he couldnt work it out. Neither could a numerous number of tradesmen we had about (renovating).The doors behind the steps keep coming loose and needing to be redone. Some are twice weekly, my son doesnt even use them as it keeps annoying him. There wasnt enough stoppers in the pack to stop them going to forward into the storage.The amount I paid I wish I had sourced out someone to make one instead.It looks lovely built and you cant really see the faults in the small doors, my son likes his bed minus storage behind ladders.But again while knowing how much I paid I was disappointed in the end result.
