Have built a few of these cabin beds now and this is by far the best one. Delivery was as expected with helpful delivery drivers (put them in my garage) boxes were reasonable, some scratches but no tears. Inside the boxes everything was well protected and was the first ever cabin bed where i had no damaged parts :)Instructions were good and easy to follow. They have missed out a few steps (double checked and not in the manual) but common sense tells you what to do. All parts were there…..again, no rushing the B & Q this time for me.Once the bed was built it is awesome looking, very sturdy and my son loves it. It is a great design with the shelving and i like the fact the underneath the bed, pillow side it is not one solid piece as i have mains plugs down there and was worried how i would feed the wires.Overall excellent bed and would have no issues in recommending.

We ordered this bed and through no fault of the company, once assembled we found that the bed was far too big for the room. The bed itself was great, it was literally the size that was the problem. The boxes had said that once assembled, returns would not be accepted, but we thought we’d contact Happy Beds anyway just to see if there was any possibility of at least a partial refund if we could return it. The customer service was great – quick responses and informative right from the word go and to our surprise, they kindly said they would accept it back (in the original packaging, which fortunately we’d kept) if we arranged a courier to return it. Once delivered back to them, they contacted me again to let me know and amazingly, refunded the whole amount. Brilliant service and great quality product. Would use again, but would measure properly next time!

Ordered this for my 7 year old son. He loves it and it looks great. It’s much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The shelves at the end are a good size and deep, can get lots in them. He particularly loves the pull out desk. Over all really pleased with the product. Assembly took 2 people about 4.5 hours. The boxes were labeled 1-4 and it was fairly easy to put together, lots of pieces and need quite a bit of space.

Excellent bed, great build qaulity. Instructions are easy to follow, put togeather with my 12yr old. We decided it was like adult lego. After care agent Lizzy was very kind to chase and ensure i was happy with my order too.

I had to wait for this bed for my 10 year old son for two months but it was well worth the wait. It took a good few hours to put together but I’m so impressed with the quality and it looks fantastic. The storage it has is so useful. My son absolutely loves it! Customer service from the buyers was also extremely good. Definitely recommend.

Pretty easy to assemble, I did it by myself. A couple of pieces were damaged. Perhaps I should have contacted the seller but the bed was half up and I really couldn’t do with the hassle as my child needed a bed in a hurry. Luckily it managed to go together and the damaged pieces on the chest of drawers aren’t noticable. Sadly the top of the desk has a large crack going down the middle but I will just cover this with sticky backed plastic. So check all the pieces thoroughly before putting together. Aside from that (which i could have just been unlucky with) I am pleased with the bed as it is sturdy and was exactly what we were looking for design wise, with the pullout desk, chest of drawers and storage.
