Love it
I bought 2 of these beds for my twins to separate to reduce the complaints and mischievousness. This bed was put together by my 13 year old. It took him about 2 hours at first but only 30 minutes to put together the second bed. I like the bed for its firmness, steady in place, a nice paint color blue ( 2nd bed was Expresso). I did not like the trundle – it is wasted space and so next time I would get the drawers so that I can use it for storage. The trundle is just under the bed so I will have to think of better uses for it. All in all, I really am happy with these purchases and will recommend this bed WITH DRAWERS/STORAGE.

Didn’t even hold a 4 year old for a week
The trundle bed has a very poor design for rolling in and out. The casters are so close to edge of slat and the wood has very little grain lines to make the wood stronger thus splits the frame slat. This bed has been slept in under a week and by a four year old under 40 pounds. Very unsatisfied. This board cannot be fixed and it a piece of the main frame. Just think how it would have handled a larger child. As a designer our motto was: “Safety first”. This design failed miserably as the caster should have been designed to attach to center of board so the caster couldn’t twist and brake a weak board.

Great quality bed!
We bought this for our son and I built itmyself. It is easy to build and we love the quality! The trundle bed moves easily in and out and is a great addition!

Very happy with this bed (updated with issue)
We bought this for our 4-year-old’s “big boy bed.”PROS:- Great color. This is reminiscent of items that we looked at from Crate&Kids or Pottery Barn Kids. The navy color is consistent throughout and looks sharp in a kids room.- The trundle does not have extra hardware for the drawer, so there is less to assemble (see CONS for additional note about the trundle)- The bed is very sturdy and the pieces fit together well. If you are familiar with assembling IKEA furniture, you’ll be able to handle this (note: I do think IKEA directions are more straightforward, but I’m also used to them)- The price. The price on this was much, much better than what we saw elsewhere for similar items. Free shipping was also much appreciated.CONS:- The unfinished wood slats that support the main bed are visible after the bed is assembled. This is a minor complaint, but the design would be better if there was more a lip on the side of the bed. My daughter has a PBK twin bed with a similar slat support system (rather than a box spring) and there is a small lip on the top of the side support beam that hides the slats.- The trundle can be hard to put back in place because it does not have hardware to guide it (such as a track). This is minor, but worth noting.Overall, the CONS listed above are minor and should not discourage you from jumping on this great value for your kids room. We are VERY happy with this bed.UPDATE:We had an issue with two of the wood support slats cracking. I reached out to the company and they shipped me a replacement part for a fee. After it arrived, it was not the set of connected slats, but just a single slat. We did install that, but we also had to order a separate bed support from Amazon. The new set of additional supports made a huge difference. After looking at the additional costs incurred, this wasn’t quite the deal it initially seemed to be.

My son loves this bed!
I bought this bed for my 5 y.o. son as his first adult bed ☺️ He loves it! Easy to assemble 👍🏻 The only thing if you have a carpet in your bedroom the trundle would not go inside easily because of the bed’s pressure. You will need to lift the bed a little to evenly put the trundle under the bed
