I am really impressed with this bed. All the parts are made of sturdy wood, none of it is flimsy. The instructions were easy to follow and other than placing on the roof I was able to put it together by myself (takes approx 2 hours doing it solo). The only thing I will say is the bags with the screws etc are not clearly labelled but they are easy to work out if you follow the images in the book. Each part of the bed itself is clearly labelled. My daughter absolutely loves it. Definitely worth the money, it arrived quickly and was well packed. Here’s to many a happy full night’s sleep.

Overall this bed looks lovely and my kids love it, only giving it 4 stars because of a couple of issues. My dad put it together in about 5 hours. When it got to building the ladder, we realised the ladder legs were fused together and it took a lot to pull them apart, which damaged the ladder legs taking some of the paint off. One of the rungs on the ladder was also cracked when it arrived. I’m hoping the seller will be able to send me a replacement ladder (or the 3 damaged parts) so I can switch it and make it safe. The sticker that comes on the bed didn’t peel off easily and left marks, annoyingly the sticker was on the outside of the bed so it’s quite obvious. I should be able to get this off with some scrubbing. Other than these few things the bed feels strong and sturdy and looks great.

Package came in 2 boxes on 2 separate days. No bother to me as it came on a weekday when I was working so couldn’t assemble it anyway. Very easy to put together, I did it in my own in 70 mins no problem. All the pieces of wood are clearly numbered for ease, as are the screws/bolts etc (all come separated in bags marked with letters to make it easy). Anchored it to the wall which I had to drill 2 holes for, rather I did it than there are holes on both sides. Slats are a little creaky, which I’m sure is fine, but I will reinforce with a cross beam lengthways (but really because of choice rather than necessity). Most importantly my 6 y/o & 3 y/o boys lost their absolute minds when they saw it. Coupled it with some faux vines from Amazon so it feels like a treehouse. Expect a late bedtime on their first night and screams of delight when they wake up and remember they’re in their new bed…

The cheapest materials used. 2 stunts squashed and splints coming out, 3 other parts with fracture, and the mouldy one. After contacting seller , I was offered £30 as a compansation, which I think is a joke. That is amount I paid for transport.Edit: The seller responded promptly. We reached agreement about compansation.

One of the longer pieces has a chunk out of it. One of the shorter pieces is cracked. No time to get replacements as the bed is needed for Christmas Day. Not happy.

We bought the bunkbeds for our grandchildren and they are a great hit. Much nicer than ordinary bunkbeds. I was worried in case they weren’t sturdy enough but are strong and stable. They suit our nine year old and 4 year old. I did my research and couldn’t find a lower price for this style. Also when we had an issue with one of the parts we contacted the seller through amazon and they were brilliant. I’m a very happy customer

It look almost 3 hours to put together with the help of my 2 and 4 year old. It’s got a great finish and certainly sturdy enough for them. Seems to hold my weight ok as well on the top bunk.The slats that the mattress sit on seem a little flimsy so might upgrade the ones for the top bunk.
