Initially we were missing one side of the cot but after one phone call this was resolved. The cot was easy to assemble and looks gorgeous. We are so happy with this purchase, our granddaughter lives with us and sleeps very well every night.

We are really happy with the cot. It’s really sturdy and a good size. The reason we have given 4 star and not 5 is because it was delivered in 2 parts on different days without notification (our order is still showing as dispatched but not out for delivery). One of the panels was also cracked. We contacted the seller via Amazon and they were quick to rectify it and send us a replacement panel the next day. It’s quite easy to assemble but it is heavy. It’s more time consuming because you need to use an allen key to tighten the screws but the bars are in the way. It’s easier with 2 people so someone can hold the panel and the other can tighten the screws. Overall we are happy with it.

Very good service.Had a part 2 box and it’s contents damaged during delivery. Got in touch with Tutti and they sent replacement box straight from warehouse to arrive 3 working days later.Built cot with replacement side panels and looks fantastic. Very easy to build but would suggest having 2 people to do it.Overall very happy. Great customer service and very nice product.

Easy to assemble, sturdy bed. Nothing like the ikea stuff, this looks very good quality. Converts to toddler bed. Very durable for my tough boy who loves to climb out of the cot, shake the sides, etc. it’s been more than 2 years and is still going strong and looks like new. It can be adjusted to 2 settings. It will last a long time.Also I’d like to point out that customer service for Tutti Bambini was excellent. One of the slats of one of the sides arrived broken from transport and they sent me a replacement side. It took a while to arrive but they sent it no problem. This was to Northern Ireland before brexit and it arrived a little delayed but still made it 1-2 weeks after I ordered the cot. Really good service.

Only used a couple of times ( for granddaughter) but seems very sturdy, well made and looks great. Easy to assemble too
