Item arrived on time. Instructions were easy to understand and all parts were clearly marked.Took me and partner about 2 hours to put up and we don’t normally do DIY.The bed is very sturdy and doesn’t make any noises when climbing up to the top bunk.Look is good as well with no marks or scratches.Will highly recommend this item.

We were so impressed with these bunks, we actually bought another set!! For the price the quality is outstanding. Very easy to build and really sturdy! Not sure why there’s negative comments. Only things I will say, is head and footboards on the bottom bunk, is longer than the top, the instructions don’t point that out. Once you know that it goes together easily. You can have the ladders at the head or foot end too.

I brought this bunkbed for my two daughters to save space, when it arrived most pieces were easy to put together however when it came to the top bunk rails and ladder being attached to the bed, it was clear that this is a faulty item being sold most likely from a clearance auction! The holes are all in the wrong place for the rails for top bunk, and also the ladder is missing holes to be secured onto the bed itself! I had to get someone in to put extra holes in for me so I could safely attach the ladder! Also when together it does rock a little more than would be expected! It’s a soft wood! Not a hard wood! Also there wasn’t enough bolts and parts to assemble completely! I had to source my own parts in the end!

It tool me roughly an hour and half to assemble it on my own. Clear instructions for assembly.It looks good. I have ordered it for my kids 7 years and 3 years. They love it. Height of lower bed is good so even adult can sit without bumping head.I am quite happy with purchase.

Fast delivery, sturdy and looks great. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from- the manufacturer has either sorted it’s act out, or has been user error with setting it up. The instructions do need to be followed carefully, but a bit of patience leads to a great result. Can’t fault the product and felt the need to write a positive review as am very pleased
